50 Hosley Street Project

About the property

This is a 3 family house located at 50 Hosley St. in Manchester, NH.  It was damaged by fire and boarded up 3 years ago and has been left untouched since then. The City of Manchester helped us to purchase this house using NSP funds in conjunction with the CDGB. We will be working on this house to restore and rehabilitate it back to a livable 3 family house

We have started the construction phase of this project. Come join us in building this house whether you are experienced in construction or not. We will teach you everything you know if you do not have any experience, just come and have fun!
