4 Dutton Street
Construction has been COMPLETED!
Greater
Manchester Habitat for Humanity broke ground on the Dutton
Street property in the fall of 2005, and we got our certificate
of occupancy in January 2009.
The
property is located at 4 Dutton Street (on the corner with
Amherst Street). The completed home is a duplex and houses
two families (one on the first floor and one on the second
floor). Both units are roughly 1,000 sq. feet of living space
efficently designed with three bedrooms each.
We
are excited to have built hope hope for two worthly families!!
